Exchange Policy
At Mofeetee, we do not offer exchanges. When placing an order, customers are required to confirm all details, including size, design, and quantity. Therefore, we cannot accept exchanges for incorrect item selections, sizes, designs, or addresses after the order has been confirmed.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After that, your order may have already begun processing, and cancellation may no longer be possible. A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total value of your order. To cancel, please contact us at [email protected].
Return & Refund Policy
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days after the order has been delivered. Beyond that time frame, the order is considered accepted, and no refunds or returns will be processed.
Eligible Return Conditions:
We will offer a full refund if your order meets any of the following conditions:
- The product arrives damaged or shattered.
- The product design or size differs from what you ordered.
- The material differs from what you ordered.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product does not match the description.
Conditions for Return:
Items being returned must meet the following requirements:
- The product has not been worn or washed.
- The product has not been modified or damaged (unless it’s our fault).
- The product still has its original tags.
- The product is in its original condition and packaging.
Proof Required for a Refund:
To claim a refund, please provide:
- The shipping label or receipt.
- Proof of purchase.
- Evidence of any defects (photos).
- Email correspondence related to your request.
Steps to Request a Return:

- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with a return address and instructions.
- Ship your return using a traceable carrier and provide us with the tracking number or return receipt.
- Additional instructions may be provided depending on the case.
Important: Do not return your package without prior confirmation via email, as we are not responsible for lost returns. Refunds will not be processed if we do not receive the return package. Please send your tracking number to [email protected].
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is not included in the refunded amount.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days once we receive your return. You will receive a confirmation email, and the full refund, including any shipping fees, will be issued.
If your refund hasn’t been received after the confirmation email, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take 10-15 days to post, depending on your bank’s policy.
