Exchange Policy
Important Note: All sales are final once the order is confirmed. Since customers verify all details (size, design, quantity, etc.) during checkout, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer selection errors.
However, you may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement to make any necessary changes. For assistance with placing your order, please contact our customer service team.
30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition
- Unworn or unused
- Original tags attached
- Original packaging intact
- Receipt or proof of purchase available
Restocking Fee: None
Return Shipping Costs: For defective or incorrectly sent products, Mofeetee covers the return shipping cost.
Return Eligibility
Returns are evaluated case-by-case and only accepted under these conditions:
- Damaged goods received
- Visible print defects
- Wrong size delivered
- Wrong color delivered
- Wrong design delivered
- Wrong style delivered (e.g., receiving a long-sleeve shirt instead of a t-shirt)
